​Before scheduling your appointment, please review the information below.

What to Expect

New Patient Appointments

Your initial visit is approximately 2 hours and includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, examination, and personalized recommendations.

To schedule, simply select your preferred appointment time below. You will be directed to our patient portal to create an account and complete your New Patient Forms.

All forms must be completed prior to your appointment. Incomplete paperwork may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Appointment Policies

New Patient Appointments

We kindly request at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling (5 days is appreciated whenever possible).

Because new patient appointments are limited and reserved specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 48 business hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled visit fee.

Follow-Up Appointments

Please provide at least 12 business hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling any follow-up appointment.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Patients are responsible for managing their scheduled appointments.

 

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy but should not be relied upon as the sole method of remembering your visit.

Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the time of other scheduled patients. Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

The full appointment fee will still apply regardless of the length of the visit provided.
