As a new patient, you’ll embark on a journey with our practitioners and staff, working together to achieve optimal health and wellness. We take a holistic approach encompassing total body balance—structurally, chemically, and emotionally—through chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, acupuncture, and nutrition.

Step 1: Schedule Initial Chiropractic and Nutritional Exam
Your first visit is a 1:1, in-depth session designed to understand your body as a whole.
We go beyond a quick adjustment.
This includes:

Chiropractic and nutrition exam

Adjustments, soft tissue work, modalities, etc.
This visit allows us to connect the dots and begin creating a personalized plan based on what your body actually needs.
Step 2: Ongoing care and Support
Follow-up visits are designed to build on your progress and support long-term healing.
Depending on your needs, care may include:

Supportive therapies
As your body changes, your care evolves with it.
Step 3: Addressing underlying imbalance
For patients who feel stuck or want a deeper understanding of their health, we may incorporate advanced testing and personalized protocols.

WHAT TO EXPECT
​Scheduling Your Appointment
New patient appointments are 2 hours long. To schedule your appointment, click the Schedule link. This will direct you to our patient portal, where you can create a profile and schedule your appointment. Once you've selected your preferred day, you'll be prompted to complete the New Patient Forms. Please ensure these are completed before your appointment to avoid rescheduling. ​

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No-Show Policies
We are dedicated to providing timely, exceptional care and value your business. Please respect our scheduling policies:

New Patient Initial Appointments - we do require 48 business hours advanced cancellation notice (5 days preferred). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Due to a full patient schedule and patients being turned away for appointments, if you are unable to give us the full advance notice you will be charged a late cancellation fee for half visit price.

Existing Patient Appointment - required to give 12 business hours advanced notice when canceling any follow-up appointments.

Missed Appointments - You are fully responsible for canceling and/or rescheduling your appointment(s). An automatic reminder system is used as a courtesy to aid you in keeping track of appointments. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals - If you happen to arrive late for an appointment, your visit will likely be shortened and end at the originally scheduled in order to accommodate other patients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your doctor will have to determine if there is enough remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled appointment
